Ninja Fitness Exercises - A ninja training and exercise system for young and old...

Ninja Fitness and the approaches to ninja training are quite original. We hear a lot of 'fitness theories' these days. Do this, and you'll be healthy. Do that, and you'll be healthy. Weird exercise programs, quirky diets, even berries from the amazon.

Definitions of Fitness and Good Health

Before we go forward to examine a good system, let us first try to define good health.


Defining good health for the young...

If you're between the ages of fifteen and twenty five, good health is not carrying around any excess padding, and being able to play any sport that involves a lot of running without breathing hard. If you're in this age category and you find yourself sometimes running just for the heck of it, or leaping up stairs, then you are healthy. If moving is a burden, you are NOT healthy. You don't necessarily need an elite ninja fitness or ninja training program to get in reasonable shape. Take up soccer or athletics.Or any sport that makes demands of your body.

Defining good health for those who are older...

Then I ask you - can you, despite being beyond the age of 40, walk at least twenty miles without tiring, or exercise with twenty year olds and not feel the strain? If you cannot do this, you are not healthy.

 

So what are the secrets of good health?

The young already know the secret - they exercise hard. For older people, the secret of good health is to train with the young. Yes, it can be that simple. Train with those who train hard, not as an 'older person' but as an equal, and you will be an equal.

This is a principle that the ninja have been using for ages. This is the secret of ninja fitness, and indeed the basis of all ninja training.
